Splendor Travel Concierge was founded by our Chief Experience Officer, Jeanelle Feimster. Jeanelle has traveled to over 40 countries and has also lived as an ex-pat in the United Kingdom. Her interest in travel stemmed from her memorable experiences as a pre-teen, taking her first international trips to France and Mexico. From that point, travel became her passion and has committed her life to seeing the world and all that it has to offer. Jeanelle hopes to share that same passion with other travel enthusiasts as they look forward to their ultimate luxury travel experience.

I’m Jeanelle, your Chief Experience Officer at Splendor Travel Concierge. Why is my title “Chief Experience Officer”? It is my passion to curate journeys for travelers that they would never imagine and give them an opportunity to see the world. I believe that traveling is the core to understanding the world from different perspectives. As a pre-teen, my parents scraped up the money to send me to France and Mexico as a part of school and Girl Scout trips. Had it not been for those early travel experiences, I doubt that I would have the enthusiasm for travel as I do today. I want to share that enthusiasm with others. I have traveled to over 40 countries and have also lived as an ex-pat in the United Kingdom. I’ve committed my life to seeing the world and all that it has to offer. Travel enables us to broaden our horizons and experience new cultures. Travel gives us a chance to expand our knowledge, make new connections and gain a greater appreciation for the world. My goal as the leader of Splendor is to create positive traveler experiences of a lifetime.
